Heat of Compress Dryer
In HOC type dryer, hot air at 140” C to 160”C from compressor discharge is directly used for desiccant regeneration. The overall running cost of this dryer is virtually null. Also due to null operating cost, this design is going more popular. To utilize full heat of compressor discharge, Hoc typed dryer should be located very close to the compressor discharge. Also due to conservation by heat of compression type dryer, this is a breakthrough in air drying technology.


Heatless Type Air Dryers
Air drying takes place due to adsorption Dry air from Chamber A outlet passes through outlet valve assembly. The Heatless Air Dryer has the simplest form of desiccant type gas or air dryer for achieving a dew point of -40 degree Celsius or better for compressed air systems and other gas and air dryer applications. These have an outlet air drop point of minus 40 degree Celsius, also with no increase in effluent gas temperature, they have very low spare parts inventory.


Internal Heat Dryer
Here the inlet air temperature is 40 – 45 degree Celsius and this goes up till 180 degree Celsius with help of external heat supply. Trimech Internal Heat Dryer has a saving in purge air loss. Dew point upto -80 degree Celsius can be achieved. It has a compact design and most economical in range with 250 to 900 CFM.


Blower Reactive Type
The Trimech Blower Reactive Type Air Dryer have low operating costs for high capacity, here dew point can be achieved till minus 60 degree. These have the most economical range of 800 CFM onwards. They require heat energy for regeneration and high capita cost makes it economical for high flow only.


Bio Gas Air Dryer

Trimech has designed systems to condition methane  generated anaerobic digestion for optimal use in micro turbines or combustion engines, water vapors to protect gas compressors and to remove water vapors from low biogas to meet contract specifications.
